Email from Mason Richard
harmon.jpg - 23400 Bytes        Hi Mary Nell,
I visited the Tech1952 Website and saw your notice that George Harmon
had died. A tribute to George Harmon may be found by Millsaps College.
I think his Tech High classmates might be interested in that tribute.
George was my wrestling coach when I was at Tech.
Go to millsaps.edu and type George Harmon in the faculty search at the top
of the screen. I tried to include the tribute in this email but was unsuccessful.
As you can see, he was well regarded by his faculty and friends at Millsaps College.
Thanks,
Mason Richard (Sam's little brother)

had passed away 12-15-07. She learned this from his widow after a phone
call to her. MN told her that we would be sending a Memorial in George's
memory to St. Jude, and she was very touched.

Also sympathy to Florine and Bill Cochran in the death of Florine's

Now for the good news!
Pat Humphries Miller is now a member of the Sunshine Committee. She
will be taking over the October and November Birthdays.

I am so grateful for anyone who steps forward to help this committee,
I sure couldn't do it alone. Dan Goodwin will not increase my salary
one little bit, so at this time all I get is satisfaction from the
Committee, which is payment enough..

Thanks for all you do,

SPEEDY RECOVERY
A call from Bille Jean Word Faller last night revealed that Bobby Sullivan has had
two recent surgeries. He is doing okay but lets keep he and Anne in our prayers.

Also talked to Florine Cochran today and they are doing fair. They make frequent
trips to the Doctors, which wears them both out.

Also keep those who need our prayers, we are unaware of, in our prayers.
Thanks,
Candy

Trae Soule sent this email... It's really scary!!!     Everyone should know this!!     I didn"t!!
This is disturbing to say the least.
when you first open the U-tube video it will start with a non-related commercial (about 30 sec or so)
just wait and view an amazing revelation about copiers! ! ! !

Before you think "yeah, well, I never use a copier, not even at the office supply/shipping
store", think of all those who have your papers that do. Accountants, attorneys, health
professionals...the list goes on.
Watch it to the end for the scariest bit. Identity theft, anyone?

Any memorial donations can go to charity of choice. She is to call me back about the communion's exact date and time, and she said this would also be in the newspaper.
Please pass this on to anyone you can think of who would like to know.

The surgery on their grand daughter went well.
They did a spinal fusion, added two rods. They said the

Our granddaughter, Devin Moseley, was injured in a fall in Stillwater,OK.
They were going to airlift her to Oklahoma City, but due to bad weather she was
taken by ambulance. We know she has a brain concussion, and back injuries,
how bad at this time we do not know.
Jim and I will be leaving shortly for OKC, please keep our family in your prayers.
